- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions Personalised or made-to-order jewellery (e.g. engraved, monogrammed, or custom-designed pieces) cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
