3. Products

We offer both in-stock and made-to-order items. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Production time for made-to-order items is agreed upon individually at the time of ordering.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is available on our website.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Made-to-order items may be exempt from this right — you will be informed at the time of ordering.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
